Work for us
Nursing, healthcare assistant, support worker and home carer roles across London and the South East.
We are always recruiting
Top Carers has supplied nurses and carers to the NHS, care providers and families across London since 1998, and we are always looking for skilled, caring people to join our team. Whether you want regular shifts or a few a week, days or nights, in hospitals or in people’s homes, we would like to hear from you.
Roles we recruit for
Registered Nurses
Registered General Nurses and Registered Mental Health Nurses, including paediatric, district, community, theatre, HDU, ITU and A&E nurses, for NHS Trusts, care homes and nurse-led care at home.
Healthcare Assistants
Hospital and private client work across London and the South East, supporting patients with personal care, observations and everyday needs.
Support Workers: complex care
Caring for adults and children with complex needs at home, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, epilepsy support and CPAP or BiPAP, under the supervision of our registered nurses.
Home Carers
Visiting and live-in care for people in their own homes: personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation, shopping and light household tasks.
Where you will work
We place staff in NHS hospitals, care homes and private homes across London and the South East, so you can choose shifts close to home.
